Some Stampin Up Halloween and Thanksgiving!

Welcome back to my blog. I went to a Stampin Up workshop last week and made a couple of cards. Yay! I love when someone else does the design work and I just get to stamp. So, I cannot take the credit for the following cards, they were designed by my good friend, ex-SU leader, and current Stampin Up demonstrator...Teri Frietch! She does not have a blog, so I occasionally post her stuff here on my blog!

The first card that we made is a Halloween card. The stamp set is called Festive & Fun from the current SU Holiday Mini catalog. There are three stamps in the set, one for Christmas, one for Valentine's Day and this one for Halloween:

The next card is a Thanksgiving card and I apologize, but I cannot seem to find the name of the Stamp sets that these stamps are from. If I do find out, I will edit this post. I love the layout of the card, hope it inspires you to get crafting.

Now, keep coming back and visiting me because I went nuts with a card sketch from the clean and simple blog that I will be posting sometime on Thursday! I just can't stop making cards with this one. There is a link to their blog on my sidebar if you want a sneak peek of the sketch.

Until Next time...............Blessings, Lisa

Stay tuned to my blog as well. I am finally getting most of my craft supplies un-boxed from my move and I got a chance to craft this week. So, as soon as I get some photos taken of them and get them uploaded, I will start posting again more often! I have some great inspiration to show you!

Stamp-n-doodle Tuesday

Hello and welcome back to another Stamp-n-doodle Day!!! As I told you last week, Lynne at Stamp-n-doodle has created a bunch of new images that are absolutely adorable, and you need to come back and visit the SND blog and DT members each week to see what cute inspiration we have to show off to you and to enter in their weekly contest to win free digi images!

Anyhoo, let me introduce you to "Swing", with the theme being "The Great Outdoors".

The card base is Stampin Up Creamy Caramel (I think that color is retired now), the other colors are DCWV fall colors. The punch that I used is a very old Fiskars border punch, I still love it though. I colored the image with a combination of Copic, Prismacolor and Stampin Up markers. Of course I had to add bling, I got the ones on this card from the dollar bins at Michael's craft store.

Until next time..............Blessings, Lisa
