I'm back

to blogging. I got so tired of the pressures of my DT assignments, that I was having creative blocks, and absolutely dreaded writing blog posts. Plus, the big picture is that I have returned to school to get a different Bachelors degree. I say different because I already have a BS in Architecture, but there are just too many people in that field and not even close to enough jobs, even when the rest of the economy is doing well here in the US, the Architectural field is struggling. So, I am now pursuing a BS in Computer IT/Information Management, which means that I can be an IT Manager or a Database Administrator when I finish. This is keeping me very busy to say the least, and harder than I expected it to be, but it is a growing field, so I am keeping my eyes on the prize and am doing the best that I can. Now, Elizabeth, owner of Soft Pencil Studios, closed her digi image shop and eliminated the Design Team, however, her absolutely adorable images are being made into Clear stamp sets, and they are awesome!!!! I have been using them with Memento Ink pads, and they are stamping great images! I have been playing around with the stamp set "Garden of Friends" set and I have some quick and easy cards to show you that I made with them. Plus, I have a few more on my table in the works for another day. Here is what I have created so far:
Don't you love the stamp images? I want every set she has, and just wait until my tax refund comes, I am shopping!!! There is a link to where you can purchase Elizabeth's stamps on my sidebar, and it is called Latina Crafter, just click on the logo and you will get there. I have been bugging Elizabeth to bring some of her other cute images into sets, so hopefully in the future we will see more of her adorable artwork in the store!!!!! Keep watching my blog for Some more Soft Pencil Cuteness and anything else my brain decides to create.. Until next time.............Blessings, Lisa

You've been busy. But your cards are so pretty. You need to pop over to my blog. I've been inspired by Purple a lot lately. Lol
