Stamp-n-doodle Tuesday!

Welcome to Stamp-n-doodle Tuesday! We are showing off a new image this week called "Romance". The challenge this week to "Emboss it"....any embossing anywhere on the card. I chose to dry emboss with a Stampin Up/Sizzix embossing folder. So hard to capture good in a photo. Hope you like it:

Now, go visit the other DT ladies blogs and leave them some much deserved love, then over to the Stamp-n-doodle blog to join in on this weeks challenge to win free digi images. You don't have to use a Stamp-n-doodle image to play along, but you get and extra entry if you do.

Until next time.............blessings, Lisa

Stamp-n-doodle Tuesday!

Hello, welcome to Stamp-n-doodle Tuesday! Sorry I have been missing in action for a week. I hit a creative slump, and could not create anything worth posting. I get so frustrated when that happens. Urgh! Anyhoo, I have two cards to share with you today since I missed last week. The first one is this weeks image called "Puppy Love":

Doesn't it remind you a little of the Holly Hobby dolls from the 70's? So sweet, and it goes so perfectly with this weeks challenge to use lace and flowers! I used some Lace from Hobby Lobby and some flowers by Imaginese and the buttons are DCWV. All paper and card stock are by Stampin Up. Please visit the other DT ladies blogs for more inspiration and then visit the SND blog and join this weeks challenge to win free digi images. Plus, we are welcoming some new DT ladies this week, I iwll get links to their blogs on my sidebar as soon as I can. Welcome ladies!!!

Now, here is the image from last week called "Made with Love". Is it cute too or what? The challenge was to use food, either on paper, embellishments, etc... I found these adorable button cup cakes at Michael's and thus finally found my inspiration for this image. Phew!

Well, as always until next time.........Blessings, Lisa

Hero Arts Valentines

Oh my gosh, I just realized this morning that Valentine's Day is tomorrow. I knew this, and just forgot about it. So, here I am posting the Valentine cards that I made over a week ago, at the last minute. I hope you enjoy them anyways and derive some inspiration from them.

I used Hero Arts stamps called "Patterned Hearts", and the background stamp is called "Dots and Flowers". I used Stampin Up's White Craft Ink with the background stamp and with the hearts I used Classic Ink Pretty in Pink, Regal Rose and Rose Red. The card base is SU Crumb Cake, and the other card stock that I used was Whisper White, and Rose Red. Here they are:
